Perfect Purple Poppies

Good morning...

I am back with last inspirational wednesday  post of this month. Today I would like to share a birthday card with purple poppy flowers. I hope you like it.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Ready top-side fold card measures 6.5"×6.5"
To create card mats, first choose a pattern paper from designer paper collection and cut a piece measures 6.25”×6.25”. Distress the edges of the card mat using distressing tool. Adhere it on ready card base. Choose another paper from same collection and cut a piece measures 6”×6”. Distress the edges and adhere it on card base as shown. Further, cut 2 more pieces of paper from designer paper measures 3”×6” and 2”×6”. Cut 2 pieces of decorative border from white cardstock using Petite Pocket Accents Die. Glue it on 3”wide strip. Adhere this strip on center of card using dimensional tape. Adhere another strip on it.

Cut a sentiment card from Heartfelt Love paper collection and mat it on pattern paper which is 1/8 of an inch bigger from all four side. Cut a eyelet frame from white cardstock using Eyelet Rectangles & Basics die. Adhere sentiment card on it. Cut a decorative border from white cardstock using decorative pocket Accents Die and glue it on one corner of the sentiment card. Glue it on card using dimensional tape as shown.

Stamp blazing poppy flowers on flower making paper using deep purple archival and cut with coordinating die. Paint flowers using leaf green archival and majestic violet  ink. Shape flowers using groove tool and add rock candy stamens. Stamp Leafy Accents stamp on flower making paper using olive green Archival and cut with coordinating die. Paint leaves with leaf green and olive green archival. Shape leaves using 3D shaping Mold. Arrange flowers and leaves and glue them using hot melted glue. Tie some bow using cord and glue them as shown. Apply clear dry glue and add micro pearls on card. For finished look apply glitter on flowers using designer clear dries glue.

Smooth white cardstock,  water color paper,  glitter, micro beads, dimensional tape

Instructions:
Ready top-side fold cord measures 8.25”×6.25”
To prepare card mat first, cut a piece of paper from designer paper collection measuring 8”×6”. Distress the edges of the paper and adhere it on ready card base. Further cut another piece of paper from same collection measuring 4”× 5.75”. Mat it on a piece of white cardstock which is 1/8”of an inch bigger from all 4 side. Cut a border from white  cardstock using Starry Night decorative die, also cut a half decorative dolly using same die. Paste it on both side of small card mat as shown. Adhere it on card using dimensional tape as shown.

For flowers: Stamp flowers from Christmas Poinsettias & Holly stamp on deluxe flower shaping paper using plum and Cactus flower ink and leaves using olive green ink. Cut with coordinating dies. Paint flowers with Cactus flower ink and leaves with fern green ink. Shape flowers and leaves using 3d flower shaping mold. Layer flowers according to desire shape and add micro pearls in the center of flowers using designer dries glue. Add glitter on flowers and keep aside to dry.

Stamp ornament Poinsettias image from Glow of Christmas Stamp on watercolor paper using black Archival. Paint image using zig markers and cut with coordinating die. Now arrange all the elements on the card as shown. Cut a sentiment from same paper collection and mat it on white cardstock.  Add sentiment on card using dimensional tape as shown.

Starty Nights

Hello Everyone!

Good morning! Here is my another take with "Candlelit Christmas" collection.  In this I create flowers using leaves stamp in Christmas Poinsettia & Holly Stamp. Creating flower is so much fun. In flowers you can make lots of twists by some simple changes. I hope you like my alteration.

IINSTRUCTIONS:
Ready top side fold card measures 6.5"×6.5"
First cut a piece of silver shimmer cardstock measures 6.5"×6.5". Cut a piece of acetate sheets measures 6.5"×7". Score on ½” from larger side. Glue it on card panel to create a card base. Further, cut a piece of pattern paper from designer paper collection measures 6.25”× 6.25”. Matt it inside the card.

Cut a decorative dolly from white cardstock using Starry Night Decorative Die. Add glitter on dolly using clear adhesive. Glue dolly die cut on acetate sheet. Cut a strip from designer paper measures 1”×6.5". Adhere it on silver shimmer cardstock which is 1/8 of an inch bigger from all four sides. Glue it on the center of the dolly.

Stamp Poinsettia leaves from Christmas Poinsettias & Holly Stamp on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Vibrant Fuchsia Archival. Cut with coordinating  die and paint with same ink. Shape leaves using shaping mold. Glue leaves and create flowers. Add green microbeads on the center of the flower using designer dries glue. Stamp leaves from Snowy Pine Village Stamp using Olive Green Archival and paint with Leaf Green Archival. Cut leaves with coordinating die and slightly shape them using ball tool. Arrange flowers & leaves and glue them as shown. Cut five piece of Silent Nights sentiments using die from silver shimmer cardstock. Glue them together to make it sturdy. Adhere the sentiment on the card as shown. For the finished look apply glitter on flowers using clear adhesive.

Candlelit Christmas Card

Instructions:
Ready top side fold card measures 7”×7”
First, cut a gold foil cardstock measures 6.5"×6.5” and adhere it on ready card base. Choose a red shade paper from designer paper collection and cut a piece measuring 6.25”×6.25”. Mat it on gold foil cardstock. Take a card panel which is 6”×6” , glue it on card to create window  scene. Further take another card panel from designer paper collection and mat it on white cardstock which is  1/8”of an inch bigger from all four side. Cut a window using Cut Mat Create 2A die. Mat it on card using dimensional tape for added dimensions.

Stamp image from Candlelit Poinsettias stamp on watercolor using black archival . Paint image using zig markers and cut with coordinating die. Glue image on bottom right corner of card.
Stamp poinsettias flower from Christmas Poinsettias & Holly stamp on Deluxe flower shaping paper using  red geranium ink and manganese blue ink. Also stamp leaves using olive green ink.  Cut images with coordinating die and paint with same color. Shape flowers and leaves using mold. Layer flowers and add gold glass glitter in the center of the flowers. Further, stamp some leaves from Snowy Pine Village stamp and cut with coordinating die.  Arrange flowers and leaves. Once satisfied with arrangement glue all elements.

Tie some bow using satin cord and glue them . Stamp Merry Christmas sentiment using  red geranium ink For finished look add gold glitter on card using adhesive that dries clear.

Instructions:
Ready side fold card measures 6.5"×6.5” . To prepare card mats choose deep purple paper from the designer paper collection and cut a piece measures 6.25”×6.25" adhere it on the ready card base. Cut another card panel from the designer paper collection measures 6”×6 matt it on card using dimensional tape. Cut a piece from purple designer paper measures 3”×6”. Cut two decorative border from the white cardstock using Petite Pocket Accents Die. Glue border on the both side of the pattern paper. Matt it on the ready card base using dimensional tape.

Cut a piece of Butterfly Kisses Decorative Die from the white cardstock and cut a circle from the pattern paper using Eyelet Circle Basics & Small Die. Cut the dolly into half matt dolly and circle as shown in the picture. Stamp image of kitty on watercolor paper using black archival and paint it with zig markers. Cut the image with coordinating die and glue it on the card as shown.

Stamp Posies flower using pink peony archival on deluxe flower shaping paper. Cut flowers with coordinating die and paint with same ink. Stamp Posies leaves and classic rose leaf on deluxe flower shaping paper using olive green Archival. Cut leaves with coordinating dies and paint with fern green and olive green archival. Shape flowers and leaves using 3D shaping mold. Add flower pearls in the center of the shaped flowers using designer dries clear Adhesive. Arrange flowers and leaves as shown. Cut a sentiment strip from the designer paper collection and matt it using dimensional tape on the left bottom corner of the card.

To prepare card mats, first choose a paper from designer paper collection and cut a piece measuring 7”× 6.5". Mat it on silver foil cardstock which is .25” bigger from all four sides. Adhere it on ready card base.  Cut 2 piece of white cardstock using Adorn it Pocket Accents die.  Paint the die cut using Bundle Sage distress ink. Glue it on card base using dimensional tape. 

Create a shadow box measures 3.5"×5”. Cut window using Regal Frame & Accents die. Cut a piece  of paper from designer paper collection measuring 3.”×4.5" and glue inside the shadow box to create window scene. Choose another paper from designer paper collection and cut a base frame , also cut a designer frame from white cardstock using Regal frame & Accents die.. Glue frame on shadow box.  Adhere shadow box on middle of card base.

For flowers, stamp big posies flowers using aquamarine archival on deluxe flower shaping paper and small flowers using deep purple archival. Cut flowers using coordinating die and sponge with same ink. Shape flowers using flower shaping mold. Add stamens and glitter using adhesive which dries clear. Stamp leaves using olive green ink and cut with coordinating die. Paint leaves with sap green and olive green ink. Shape leaves using mold. Arrange flowers and leaves as shown in the picture.

Stamp cat image using sepia archrival on water color paper and paint with zig markers. Cut image with coordinating die and glue it on flowers as shown. Cut a sentiment from the paper collection and paste ot on white cardstock . Glue sentiment as shown.

Instructions:
Ready upside fold card measures 7.5"×6”
To prepare card matts choose two pattern paper from designer paper collection measuring 7.25”×5.75” and 7”×5.5". Distress the edges of pattern paper using same color ink.  Adhere card matts on ready card base. Further, choose another pattern paper from the same collection and cut a piece measures 6.75”×5.25”. Place Eyelet Border Basics Die according to the design and run through die cutting machine. Arrange both pieces on card base using dimensional tape for added dimensions.

Cut two borders from white cardstock using Eyelet Border Basics Die. Add glitter on borders using clear dry glue. Glue both the borders as shown. Cut two Eyelet hearts from white cardstock and two hearts from pattern paper. Glue them on top right corner of the card using dimensional tape. Stamp love sentiment on white cardstock with Plum Archival and cut with coordinating die. Also cut 4 pieces from white cardstock. Glue all pieces for dimensions. Glue sentiments on bottom right corner of card.

Stamp Tulip flowers on Deluxe Flower Shaping Paper using Plum Archival and cut with coordinating die. Paint flowers with Cactus Flower Ink and Vivid Chartreuse Ink. Shape then using shaping mold and add Rock Candy Stamens. Add glitter using clear dry glue. For small flowers stamp Floral Fashionista flower using Butter Cup Archival. Paint flowers with same ink and cut with coordinating die. Shape flowers using Shaping Mold. Add Bright Bead Stamens. Further, stamp leaves using Olive Green Archival and cut with coordinating die. Paint leaves with Sap Green Archival and shape using shaping mold. Arrange flowers and leaves using hot melted glue.
